CREATING ORDER

After choosing the color and size of the product you like, you can add it to your shopping cart by clicking the add button. You can make the changes you want to make in the basket by clicking the basket icon in the upper right corner of the page.

In order to buy the products in your basket, you need to follow the order completion processes by clicking the “Continue” button. You can complete your order from the membership page or create an order without membership, if you wish, in the option that will appear during the order completion stage. We recommend ordering with a customer account to quickly and easily manage your order and contact information and have extras and benefits.

For the next steps, you will be asked to provide your personal information and choose the delivery method and payment method. Your e-invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you specified.

Unless you click on the “Complete order” button, your order will not be placed.

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number allowing you to track the status of your delivery.

PAYMENT

You can make your payments via your credit / debit cards. Our company will not be responsible for the transaction fee, foreign payment difference and extra taxation that may occur in payments.

STOCK

You can view all of the products that are available and out of stock on our page, and you can notify us of the products you want to restock from the “Stock Request” button.

In rare cases, since several customers place an order for the same product at the same time, the product may appear to be available on the page, but may run out of stock. In such cases, you will be informed about the stocks via e-mail. Re-orders cannot be created for products that are out of stock, but stock will be renewed if there is sufficient demand.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Your orders are processed and shipped between Monday and Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. The order preparation process takes 1-3 business days on average.

For domestic orders over 250 TL, cargo is free, and for amounts below this, our MNG Cargo fee is 19.90 TL. After the package is on its way, the delivery time is 1-2 business days in Istanbul and 2-4 business days on average for outside Istanbul. Relevant times may vary depending on adverse weather conditions and the distance of the region.

After your order is shipped, you will be informed via sms and e-mail. You can track the status and delivery stages of your package with your tracking number in the notification messages to be sent to you.

CANCELLATION & REFUND FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS

You can create your product return requests online by clicking the return button in the My Orders section after logging in to your membership.

You can send the product/products in their original package, after filling out the return form in the package that reaches you with the package, and putting it in the package and sending it back.

You can send the product/products free of charge with MNG Cargo within 14 days after receiving them, provided that they are unworn, unwashed (not having lost their resaleability feature) and on the label.

There is no exchange process in orders, you can return the product and order the product you want again.

Due to hygienic conditions, underwear and swimwear products cannot be returned.

When you order a wrong product, you must cancel your order before it is delivered to the cargo. For this, you need to create a request by clicking the CANCEL button in my orders section and inform support@climberbycuno.com.

After the returned products reach us, they will go through an average of 2-3 days of quality control (the quality control process may vary during the campaign and busy periods).

DAMAGED ITEM AND WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Our products are carefully produced with high quality materials to be delivered to our customers without any problems.

However, we have an exchange and return guarantee for the problems and damages that you encounter with the products and which you think are due to production. In such cases, we kindly ask you to contact customer service via support@climberbycuno.com and get information.

Please send the damaged products to our address with the invoice within 30 days.

Your problem will be resolved within an average of 30 days, and if it is concluded that the damage is caused by the manufacturer as a result of the examinations, your exchange or refund will take place.

OVERSEAS ORDER & RETURN

CLIMBER B.C. It delivers products all over the world. Shipping is free on orders $200 or more. You can place an order from the country you are in to your address and pay with your credit / debit card. If you cannot view your country, city or region (county) in the list, you can contact us via e-mail at support@climberbycuno.com and get support for adding your information to the list.

Our company will not be responsible for transaction fees, foreign payment differences and extra taxation that may occur in payments.

Our average delivery time for overseas is 1 week – 10 working days.

Returns that reach our warehouse from all over the world are sent to our headquarters in 2-week periods, and after your return package reaches our company, it goes through an average of 2-3 days of quality control (quality control process may vary during campaign and busy periods). If no problem is detected in the products that have completed the quality control process, your return will be made within 7 working days by deducting the return shipping and customs fees.
